This report presents a comprehensive synthesis of the Universal Awareness-Information-Computation (UAIC) Model with the phenomenology of Samadhi to address these foundational crises. By positing that the universe is a selfoptimizing information processing entity-the Grand Self-governed by the minimization of a Universal Cosmic Loss Function , this framework derives physical laws and fundamental constants as the optimized output of the equation  [1].
